Tennessee Steak N Shake Customer Who Ingested Mega Death Hot Sauce Files Personal Injury Lawsuit Complaint.

A personal injury lawsuit has been filed against Biglari Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Steak N Shake, Debo’s Diners, Inc. d/b/a Steak N Shake and Steak N Shake Operations, Inc. d/b/a Steak N Shake (collectively “Steak N Shake” or “Defendants”) in the Circuit Court for Bradley County, Tennessee at Cleveland (Civil Action Case No. V-10-824), alleging, among other things, that plaintiff ordered and ingested chili with “hot sauce” from a Cleveland, Tennessee Steak N Shake that purportedly caused him to suffer a physical reaction including, hives in his skin, difficulty breathing and severe pain and inflammation of his digestive system, including his mouth and throat, according to a personal injury lawsuit complaint.

The Steak N Shake hot sauce personal injury lawsuit complaint reportedly alleges that the hot sauce plaintiff ingested was “Mega Death Hot Sauce” with ingredients 500 times hotter than jalapeno chili.  Plaintiff reportedly seeks compensatory and punitive damages.

    It’s called “Mega Death” hot sauce.

    This is a frivolous lawsuit and should be thrown out, the plaintif fined for wasting taxpayer money.

    People have real problems.
