A wrongful death personal injury lawsuit has been filed against The United States Air Force and the Bureau Of Land Management (collectively “Defendants”) in the United States District Court for the Central District of California (styled Lorraine Sherzer, Rick Potter, Pam Thompson and Mike Thompson v.
