A motorcyclist from Riverside California who filed a personal injury lawsuit against the California Republican Party after he was injured in a collision on the Riverside freeway near Anaheim, has reportedly reached an $11 million dollar settlement with the California Republican Party.
The man who was left paralyzed was reported to be a precinct worker who was returning from lunch after having spent time earlier in the day knocking on doors collecting voter data for Republican Eric Linder’s 2016 re-election campaign. The California GOP reportedly denied that the injured motorcyclist was employed by the California Republican Party.

According to reports, the driver of the other vehicle involved in the motorcycle accident was alleged to have failed to check his mirrors and was not paying attention when he switched lanes.
