A Colorado Man Files Personal Injury Lawsuit Complaint In Colorado Federal Court Against OneWheel After Allegedly Being Ejected from his OneWheel Machine and Allegedly Suffering Fractures, a Concussion, Kidney Injury and Abrasions.
On September 8, 2023 a man residing in the City of Littleton, County of Douglas, State of Colorado filed a personal injury lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, styled Matthew Boston v. Future Motion, Inc., Case No. 1:23-cv-02308, alleging, among other things, that in May of 2023 he was taking a ride on a Onewheel GT riding machine when it suddenly and unexpectedly stopped dead, violently ejecting him from the Onewheel and onto the pavement, leading to an open fracture to his left radius and left ulna requiring surgery, a concussion, an acute kidney injury and multiple abrasions to his face and chest.
