Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Sanofi US Services Inc., Chattem, Inc., Pfizer, Inc., and GlaxoSmithKline, LLC, Case No. 1:20-cv-00099 alleging, among other things, that he began using Zantac in 2014 and that in October of 2019 he was diagnosed with bladder cancer after he had ingested Zantac.
